Deep Diving Speciality
GENERAL INFORMATION
Many exciting dive sites are located in water deeper than 18 metres. And although the most beautiful corals are always a few metres away, the great adventures are there, in the deep blue. Without proper training, this type of diving can pose a risk.
The SSI Deep Diving Speciality will give you the ability to plan and conduct dives safely and comfortably beyond 18 metres down to 40 metres depth and is a prerequisite for some advanced training.

Perfect Buoyancy Speciality

It is an incredible experience to see a large ship from a bird’s eye perspective and glide across the captain’s bridge. Many of the best dive sites in the ocean have artificial reefs or wrecks that sank many years ago. This program gives you the skills and knowledge necessary to safely dive above and around these underwater treasures.

Waves, Currents & Tides Speciality
GENERAL INFORMATION
Great for when you travel to places with different conditions! Red Sea, Maldives, Galapagos, South Africa,… places that test you and you need to master these conditions.
In our Oceans we can suffer the effect of sudden currents or strong waves due to meteorological changes, so we must prepare!
This course will teach you, among other things, how to interact with the waves when diving from shore, how to drift dive with the current, to understand what rip currents are like and the risks they pose, etc.

You will also learn to calculate distances, orient yourself in different search patterns and be able to return to the starting point at any time.
